Client Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Client Referral Scheme operated by Skipton Business Finance. By participating in the scheme, both the Referrer (the existing client) and the Referral (the referred business) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility
  1. Referrer Eligibility: Only existing clients of  Skipton Business Finance are eligible to refer businesses through the Client Referral Scheme.
  2. Referral Eligibility: The referred business must not be an existing or previous client of Skipton Business Finance and must not have been in contact with us prior to the referral regarding our services.
  3. The Referral must meet all qualifying criteria, including successfully signing a contract and becoming a client of  Skipton Business Finance.
Referral Process
  1. To make a referral, the Referrer must submit the necessary information (business name, contact details, etc.) either by email to info@skiptonbf.co.uk, via the official Client Referral Form, or via their Relationship Manager.
  2. The Referral must complete the onboarding process and sign an official contract with  Skipton Business Finance within six months of the referral submission for both parties to be eligible for the reward.
Reward Details
  1. Both the Referrer and the Referral will receive a £500 voucher once the referred business has completed the onboarding process and becomes an active client of  Skipton Business Finance.
  2. Vouchers will be issued within 14 days of the Referral officially becoming a client and completing all sign-up and onboarding procedures.
  3. Rewards will be sent to the email addresses provided by the Referrer and Referral at the time of submission.
  4. Skipton Business Finance reserves the right to substitute the voucher with an alternative reward of equivalent value in exceptional circumstances.
Additional Conditions
  1. There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer. Each successful referral that results in a new client will qualify both parties for the rewards.
  2. The Referrer and the Referral must not be the same business entity, associated companies, or affiliates.
Disqualification
  1. If Skipton Business Finance determines that a referral was made in violation of these terms, or if fraudulent or unethical activity is suspected, both the Referrer and Referral may be disqualified from receiving rewards.
Scheme Changes & Termination:
  1.  Skipton Business Finance reserves the right to modify or terminate the Client Referral Scheme at any time without prior notice. However, referrals made prior to any such change will still be honoured according to the terms in place at the time the referral was made.
  2. Any changes to the scheme will be published on Skipton Business Finance's website, and it is the responsibility of the Referrer and Referral to stay informed of these updates.
Data Protection & Privacy
  1. By participating in the Client Referral Scheme, both the Referrer and the Referral consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the scheme, in accordance with  Skipton Business Finance's Privacy Policy.
  2. Information collected will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil the obligations of the scheme or comply with legal requirements.
Liability
  1.  Skipton Business Finance will not be liable for any delays in the issuance of rewards due to technical failures, incorrect contact information, or factors outside of its control.
  2. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to another party.
  3. By participating in this referral program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
