One of Skipton Business Finance’s most loyal employees, Joanne Mawer, has been promoted from within the company to Head of Client Services.
Joanne started off as Account Executive in September 2001 on its first day of business and has since worked as a Relationship Manager, prior to her previous role as Client Services Manager.
Ten years of dedicated service have now led Joanne to becoming SBF's new Head of Client Services and her primary responsibility will be to fully manage SBF's back office operation at their headquarters in Skipton and to ensure that excellent service our clients receive gets better and better.
